7:30pm – 9pm: Program and Keynote Conversation [Guests To Be Announced]
Coronavirus Precautions Taken
We will follow all local & state health guidelines for this event. The evening’s reception will include ample outdoor space. Our program seating in the ballroom will be socially distanced, with lots of elbow room between guests.
All guests & vendors must come with proof of vaccination or a negative covid test to attend.
Masks will be required indoors unless drinking or eating.
What is GEANCO?
Established in 2005, GEANCO saves and transforms lives in Africa. We also conduct complex surgical missions and run an innovative program to fight anemia in Nigeria. Through our system of modern, solar-powered rural maternal clinics, we help poor, vulnerable pregnant women safely deliver healthy babies.
We are honored to be the main supporters of Brightland Academy, a school of excellence in southeast Nigeria founded by Chiwetel Ejiofor’s mother. We provide the school with power generators, science & lab equipment, computers, tablets, a soccer field, a basketball/tennis/volleyball court, and much more.
Our David Oyelowo Leadership Scholarship for Girls provides full tuition, healthcare, and social & psychological support to young female survivors of terrorism and gender inequality in Nigeria.
