I have been amazed by all the love my little Grace and Frankie post has been getting. So I am excited to share a new post featuring a fan favorite pajama set from Season 6.
Jane Fonda’s Pajama Set
In Season 6, Episode 2- Jane Fonda is seen wearing a parrot printed pajama set with mother of pearl buttons by Desmond & Dempsey that is available for sale on Net-a-Porter.
I have had a difficult time finding alternative pajama sets with a parrot or similar bird print. So these alternatives are based on design. Of course, if you can afford it – the beautiful Desmond & Dempsey set is available for $180 (as of 14 May 2020).
Mid-Level: Margaritavilla Pajamas
Margaritavilla Pajamas use eye-popping colors & tropical prints to capture the carefree island vibe.
Similar to the Desmond & Dempsey pajamas, Margaritavilla uses premium Cotton Poplin that allows body heat to escape while looking cool and chic.
Economical: Alexander Del Rossa
Alexander Del Rossa makes a good economical pajama set that will wear well even after a number of washes. They currently offer 18 designs on Amazon (as of 14 May 2020). They have classics and also this adorable dog print in blue that’s currently in my Amazon cart.
When going economical, you have to forfeit premiums such as Cotton Poplin. Alexander Del Rossa instead uses a lightweight 120 GSM cotton fabric. [According to Custom Apparel Source, an economical re-wearable t-shirt should be between 100-110 gsm and a lightweight summer shirt should be between 130-150 gsm.]
