For my 2017 challenge, I was not sure quite what I wanted to blog about. Numerous ideas were coming to mind but each seemed to require even more energy and strength. So I've decided to focus on an acronym for ART:
A - Artists (musicians, painters, photographers, writers, etc.)
- Reading (books, poems, etc.)
T - Theater (movies, musicals, plays, etc.)

So let's begin...

A - Valery Jacobi (Russian, 1834-1902)
The Prisoner's Rest, 1861
R - Jane Austen Ruined My Life by Beth Pattillo
Jane Austen Ruined My Life
For any fans of Jane Austen and a fun mystery they will surely enjoy this fast paced modern story of an English teacher who makes her way to England where she stumbles across a secret society...

T - James Barbour in A Tale of Two Cities (the musical by Jill Santoriello)
The musical holds a special place in my heart because of the great James Barbour who's "If Dreams Come True" gives me chills upon chills. Glorious :)

  1. They made a musical of A Tale of Two Cities? Well, I guess I live on an island in the middle of nowhere. Maui Jungalow

  2. While I'm not a Jane Austen fan, that book sounds interesting!
